"Shanna Jones is the absolute BEST experience I have ever had dealing with State Farm, and any other insurance agency I have ever done business with! She answered 10,000 questions in 42 emails (no exaggeration) and several phone calls over the last 45 days, went to bat for me and with me (over and over) to get an internal discrepancy corrected, and SHE DID IT!!
